Boot Camp Membership

  • Boot Camp classes are CrossFit workouts aimed toward building cardio capacity with minimal barbell lifting. Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays, at 9:30AM.

3 Days a Week

  • Member attends up to 3 days per week of CrossFit Classes.  Days do not roll-over to following week.

Unlimited CrossFit

  • Member can attend unlimited CrossFit Classes per week.

Couples/Family Unlimit...

  • Two family members signing up for monthly Unlimited CrossFit Classes.
