Couples/Family Unlimit...

  • This package is for two members with Unlimited access to our group classes and all open gym hours.

3 Days a Week

  • As a 3 day/week member, you can attend any 3 classes you would like during the week. Saturday classes do count towards attendance.

Athlete Plus Membership

  • As an Athlete Plus member, you get unlimited access to our group classes plus one 30-minute skill session with a coach per month, one free child in our CrossFit Kids program, and free access to our specialty classes like CrossFit Strength and CrossFit Endurance.

Unlimited CrossFit

  • As an Unlimited member, you get unlimited access to our group classes and all open gym hours.

CrossFit Kids

  • The best way to encourage your kids to lead a healthy, active lifestyle is to get them started early and teach them the basics behind fitness and nutrition.

    Our CrossFit Kids program combines many of the same fundamental movements we teach in our traditional CrossFit classes with a fun, playful environment. Our goal is to teach kids the basics of movement and eating healthy with a series of games and workouts. Over the course of 45 minutes, they’ll learn a ton while getting in a great workout complete with tons of laughs.

Teen Strength and Cond...

  • Our Teen Strength and Conditioning class is geared towards helping kids between 6th and 12th grade build strength, coordination, agility, and speed, improving their performance both on and off the field.

    The program utilizes many of the same concepts and movements you’ll see during our traditional CrossFit classes. Our young athletes will learn the ins and outs of the deadlift, front squat, etc. They’ll also perfect technique on Olympic lifts like the clean and snatch. We also incorporate sports-specific training like speed ladders and shuttle drills design to improve explosiveness and agility.

    Classes run Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:30PM-6:15PM. This plan includes unlimited access for the entire month.

    One drop-in for our bootcamp class that runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30AM-10:30AM.

CrossFit Kids - Drop-in

  • 1 Attendance Pack

    Purchase a one session drop-in for our CrossFit Kids class, which runs every Monday and Wednesday from 3:30PM to 4:15pm.

Teen Strength and Conditioning Drop-in

  • 1 Attendance Pack

Drop-in (Week)

    Normally, we charge $20 per visit for drop-ins. If you're going to be in town for an extended period of time, we offer a $50 week-long pass. It expires 8 days from the date of purchase, and you're welcome to attend as many classes as you'd like during that time.

Bootcamp Drop-in - 6 classes

    Boot Camp classes are CrossFit workouts aimed toward building cardio capacity with minimal barbell lifting. Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays, at 9:30AM.

Undeniable S&C Camp - PM Session

    The Undeniable Strength and Conditioning Camp will start on Wednesday, December 26th and run on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for two weeks ending on Friday, January 4th. This is for the PM session, which runs from 2:30-3:30PM.

Undeniable S&C Camp - AM Session

    The Undeniable Strength and Conditioning Camp will start on Wednesday, December 26th and run on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for two weeks ending on Friday, January 4th. This is for the AM session, which runs from 10:30-11:30AM.

    This punch card is good for 10 sessions with no expiration date.

Fundamentals

    Two weeks of introductory CrossFit classes, followed by another two weeks of FREE group classes @ 3 days/week!
